Honda CB Six50 concept is all about modern adventure riding. It first hit headlines at EICMA shows in Milan in the year 2015 as a successor of the CB650F model. It’s design comes from Honda’s European counterparts. Let’s check out what it is all about.
Honda CB Six50 Concept – Chassis Design
Both spoke wheels come with very prominent gripped tyres. They make this cycle ready to burn the roads. Aggression is redefined with its sturdy design and robust engineering.
This Honda CB Six50 Concept sports a design completely different from the rest of CB and CRB range bikes. The choice of colour coding catches every eye. A combination of red, white and metallic grey enhances the flamboyant looks of this racer.
The rectangular headlight, inverted fork complements this well-crafted piece of metal. Honda made it Single Seater machine with small and smart silencer to a more dynamic look.
Overall design of the bike helps it to move smoothly through any kind of traffic condition.
The handle bars are well guarded for the riders’ safety. There is a skid guard to protect its machinery parts as well.
Honda CB Six50 Concept – Power Train
It draws power from an inline-4 648cc engine with liquid cooling. This engine features a PGM-FI Program Automatic Enrichment Circuit and has maximum net power of 63.6kW @ 11000rpm. This Concept bike flaunts a maximum net torque is 62.9Nm @8000rpm.
Its 6-gear system enables a rapid acceleration and adds to the extended feature list of this solid hunk.
Modern Biking Prowess
These bikes are all about power and naked performance without compromise. The Japs are looking to re-design the whole concept of biking. The point of this concept is to ride any kind of road or terrain. So, the heavy-trade tire along with its slightly high naked-body design is perfect for revving it on the streets as well as on the hills.
Although this Honda CB Six50 is just a sneak peek into the future, it is going to the hit the showrooms by 2019. Stay tuned here for more leaked info.
