The ILX packs quite a punch when it comes to power figures. It boasts of a 2.4-liter gasoline engine that comes with direct injection technology at its heart. This compact powertrain is able to churn out figures of 201 hp and 180 lb-ft of torque.
However, the US market can expect to receive a 1.5-liter turbo variant as well. It will be capable of producing 210 hp of power and 190 lb-ft of torque. The idea behind is to generate more power from a smaller engine block.
